I am an operations and digital transformation leader based in Dakar, Senegal. My career spans 15+ years across India, the Middle East, and West Africa — with deep work in supply chain, logistics, import/export, warehouse operations, automation, data systems, and business transformation.
I built my career in environments where execution is non-negotiable: shipments must move, customs must clear, vendors must deliver, inventory must match, cash flow must be protected, and leadership needs reliable visibility.
Over time, I learned that most business problems are not technology problems. They are control problems — fragmented data, manual handoffs, unclear accountability, weak reporting, poor system design.
